For the past few months, I observed that my body weight is heavy and my belly is bulging. It’s not good I know. My friend noticed it and advice me to enrol gym fitness. She is one of the active members in the gym so I didn’t hesitate to sign up also. But before that, I bought a nice outfits to wear in the gym like short pants, short leggings, sexy top that would match it, socks and of course mbt shoes that I could use everyday. There are many that I can easily purchase at the mall or even online. It is durable, affordable and easy to wear. I don’t want to be behind from others so I want to wear the best outfits to make my exercise effective and comfy.

I’m so thankful to my friend. She becomes my companion in the gym after work. I’m so happy that she convinced me to exercise. Now, I am so excited to see the result of my efforts in going to gym. I need to concentrate and ready to submit myself for good health and wellness.

It’s been a week since I communicate with my son in the facebook. It is our meeting place and I will chat him there. The last time we chat he said they have examination. Maybe he become busy studying his lessons. Third year high school is not easy without study. I advise him to be very serious in studying. I let him play games after studying. He obey with us and I hope he can get good grades this year. I don’t want him to get low grades. I always encourage him to study. Soon he will come here in Canada and hopefully studying here and get a good job. I wish him all the best in life. May God guide and give more wisdom to him.

I got a call from my niece Abby today. She’s in the cottage together with her cousins and grandparents. According to her she is dark tanned now and she enjoys a lot. She said, they have a new rustic furniture in the cottage. It’s her grandmother who bought online. Well, I’m happy to know that she had fun with her cousins. She will be here at home before the classes begin.

It’s weekend again. The time for me to relax and enjoy myself. Tomorrow we have a get together meeting at stone road mall. The topic is about the upcoming career planning workshop. Well, I got interested about this workshop so I will be there before 11 am. I want to shop new clothes also after the meeting. I am thinking of going to dollar store too. I will buy additional hanger for my clothes.

I’m so excited because tomorrow is the schedule of our picnic at Elora Conservation Area, The Pine Pavillion. It is located at wellington country road, Elora, Ontario. It is a potluck style for lunch and dinner. We will bring and share our own dish to our fellow brothers, sisters and friends. Also, all of us are advise to bring our own chairs, blankets and many more. Since it is far from my place I will hire my brother to drive us there. My 2 friends and I will go together. Well, I need to sleep early so that I can get up early too.

When my friend relocated to another country, she never stops schooling despite her busy schedule-work, family, and household chores. She managed to go back to school with sat prep course. The reason was she wanted career advancement to another country to sustain her for a better life. As of now she is very near to achieve her goal and change her life for the betterment of her family.

We had a nice weather yesterday. It was sunny day so my friend and I went to the next city to buy grocery items. Our refrigerator is already empty so I need to buy foods for the whole week consumption. Usually we buy foods foods close to our place but he wants to go to the next city for a change. We went to the Chinese store and proceed to Square One Shopping Centre, one of the largest shopping malls in Canada. It is located at 100 City Centre Drive in central Mississauga, about 20 minutes from downtown Toronto and 15 minutes from Toronto Pearson International Airport. We arrived home around eight in the evening and I am so tired. I only type few words in my blog then go to sleep after.

Wow! It’s back to school again, the most exciting day of all children who wants to improve their knowledge as well as for teacher who are ready to impart knowledge to their students. But I know not all children are excited to get back to school. Some kids say that two months summer vacation is not enough for them. They still need time to play their neighbors, friends and relatives. But time is up its September next month and they need to get ready for school.

As parents, we need to encourage our children our children to get ready for school. Make sure that your kids are ready to excel both academically and socially. Advise them to sleep early and try to help them by waking up early in the morning. A good night sleep is vital for your kids. Prepare and cook them healthy foods. Nutritious breakfast is essential for growth and development of your children. They need it to stimulate learning and become attentive in school. Tell them to eat more in the morning to gain more energy and become active during the day.

For the little kids like kindergarten, assist them in brushing their teeth. Teach them the importance of good oral health and guide them to develop healthy brushing habits. Remind them in taking a bath or they can take a bath after school. Then, assist them in changing clothes and help them to organize stuffs inside their school bag. Then if everything is complete drive them to school and don’t forget to pick up them always.
