I was suppose to accompany my friend Ana to Toronto yesterday but I had an important appointment at the doctor. It’s my schedule for check up. The doctor will monitor my high blood pressure and the medication that I take. I really want to go to Toronto also I know they have many nice activities there. Last year I was there but this year I’m not sure if I can witness the fabulous activities. Well, lets see on the other days maybe I can it depends upon the schedule.

The CNE or Toronto events will starts on August 21 and ends at September 7, 2009. I know more than thousands of people from different countries will come to witness the giant annual event called Canadian National Exhibition ( CNE ). There is something showcased for everyone, from agriculture to the sports and it is situated on Toronto’s beautiful waterfront and one of the largest annual fairs in North America.

The Canadian National Exhibition offers the following: a diversity of entertainment, more than 500 attractions, a large carnival midway, International entertainment, shopping, international exhibits and cuisine, heritage festivals, agricultural exhibits, horticultural displays and many more. The Canadian National Exhibition is located near the heart of downtown Toronto on the shore of Lake Ontario. I just hope I have time to go there and take pictures of the activities they have.

I Love You Mom

Dear Mom,

Every time I wake up in the morning. I think of all the things you do from morning to evening. First, you make my breakfast, then wash my clothes and help me to arrange and organize my things before I go to school. I love and appreciate all the things you do for me mom. You take me places that I want to go. You buy all the things that I love even if it is expensive. When I was a little kid you sing me songs, you hold me tight and hold my hand. You are always there to comfort me, to guide me, teach me how to read, to write, to draw and count the numbers. You help me become what I want to be. If I’m afraid in the dark night you are always there to hug me and make me feel that I’m safe. Now, I would like to say thank you mom, there is no mommy just like you.

I love you always,

Jay
