I am one of the officer in Visayan Association and we had a conference yesterday. We had many agendas to discussed. The spring dance party to be held at Evergreen Senior Center, then picnic activities, going to beach and travel to the most beautiful places in Canada. I think I need to prepare weight loss pills that work fast so that if I eat many foods and gain weight I can easily take the pills. I know I can not control my diet if I am with the group. So, I better eat, enjoy with the group and take weight loss pills after. It is effective and safe for my health.

As a mom I always advise my son not to study his lessons well. I told him not to go with his classmates activities especially during school days. You can participate in school activities but not the outside. There are many temptations in the school especially for teen-agers. I said just concentrate in studying and never mind the others. Of course you can say hi and smile to them but do not participate in outside activities. Just choose a good friend and always ask permission to us if you go out with your friend.

We can not deny that sometimes we encountered many problems in life. Some problems are hard to solve and bothers you so much. If we have problems it is hard for us to sleep. After school my son will play his favorite games in his room. I give him time to play, then eat his dinner, study or make an assignments before going to bed. They have many projects to do also. Thanks to his teachers that very supportive to students. I am happy that my son got a good grade in school. I always encourage him to study and continue to study until he can finish and get a good job in the future. To my son, good luck and I love you so much.

At the age of 40, I have noticed less moisture on my skin, it dries up easily and making it look dull. My friend said, my skin can be repaired if I will start caring and applying anti aging products as early as now to replenish lost nutrients and hydrate my skin. Should I’ve known caring for my skin the earliest time, I shouldn’t have encountered dryness for my skin but it’s not too late for me as I will be spending it now.

It’s lunch time now. You know I cook delicious foods today. It’s a fish with lemon sauce, rice and vegetables salad. It’s a healthy foods and so yummy for me. I really concentrate in eating healthy foods because I want to reduce my weight. I need to wear sexy dresses this spring and summer time. So, I just eat a little and I hope to loss weight as soon as possible. I also exercise everyday like walking and going to gym sometimes. Warm weather is coming so I am glad to roam around.

I do not like to be called ugly so I need to take good care of my skin and body. I make sure that all the pimples and acne will disappears and will never come back again. I always have the best acne treatment in my room. So, if I can see even just a small pimples or acne I will treat them right away. I make sure that I wash my face with clean water and mild soap, dry with clean towel and apply the effective acne treatment. That is why I am so proud of my face. At my age I am still pretty and looks younger than age.

Last Saturday night we experienced a heavy snow storm. The climate so tremendous colds chilled to my bones. Sunday morning my son in law shovel the snow to clear the driveway. We helped him and we enjoyed so much. We had fun while taking pictures around despite of the cold. We wore a winter clothes to survive the cold temperature outside. My niece was so happy and she loves tasting the snow. We laugh out loud and she took pictures of me. She run and run and hiding from me. We played and lay down the snow. It’s amazing and were both happy. My sis and my brother in law were serious in shoveling the snow. My niece and me just playing around and took pictures.
