It was yesterday when I bought my new Toshiba laptop at future shop. I asked my mom to accompany me and get one laptop. My old laptop is still working but I want a new one that is fast and easy to type. My old laptop is 4 yrs old, will easily crush and a little bit slow. It takes a lot of time for me to finish my job online. With this new laptop, I am fast and good. Now, I am happy to have a new laptop and thanks to my mom for helping me to get this new laptop.

I can’t wait for my cousin Sheila to come here in Guelph. She will stay here for three weeks vacation and to attend the wedding of our aunt. I miss her so much. It’s been three years since I did not see her because of busy job and long distance. It is very hard for us to see each other. She lives and work as a registered nurse in Ottawa since 2008. Next week she will be here and I already prepare foods for our get together.

I bought many cranberry juice last night. It is sale and I can save more money if I buy this week. My friend was with me and she got many juice too. I love cranberry compare to other juices. You know, I am so excited to visit my home in the Philippines after 4 years of working here in Canada. Yes! I will go home this summer for a month vacation. Now, I am busy preparing stuffs that I would bring home as my gifts to my family, siblings and friends. Part of my lists are the clothes that have light colors, swim wear, perfume, chocolates and riding boots. I miss riding my horse and visiting our farms. I hope my horse is still tame and friendly. I really miss her and I am very excited to ride this summer.

I am happy to know that my son enjoyed his stay in one of the best beach resort in Davao City. It is vacation time in the Philippines so he traveled together with his dad. They stayed 3 nights at Samal Island and explore the place. It’s a beautiful place with clean and wonderful beaches. I saw his pictures that he post in facebook. Well, at his age I can say that he is a good looking man and I am happy with that. To my son, I miss you kiddo.

You know what? It is summer time in the Philippines this month. I remember when I was young I enjoyed going to beach during summer vacation. I spent time with my friends. We lived not far from the beach. It is easy for us to go there and enjoy swimming. If there are special occasions such as birthdays, wedding or get together, we rent a cottage and stay there overnight.
